Holy Cross School Reopening: Thursday, June 6, 2024

As shared earlier today (June 5, 2024), Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School administration was notified by the North Bay Police Services (NBPS) of an after-hours incident on school grounds last evening. Due to increased police presence and to support their investigation, the school was required to be closed to students for the day. The NBPS has confirmed that this incident involved two adults with no association with the school and that there is no threat to public safety.
Following confirmation from the NBPS, we are pleased to confirm that Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School will be open to students tomorrow, Thursday, June 6, 2024.
We are grateful for our partnership with the NBPS, and we look forward to continuing to work collaboratively to support community safety. The safety, security and well-being of our students and staff remains our top priority. As such, our NPSC Student Support Services Team will be available to support our students and staff.
