Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week at NPSC

Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week at NPSC
Posted on 11/18/2023
Ontario has designated the week beginning on the third Sunday of November as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week (November 19-25, 2023), to help promote safe schools and a positive learning environment.

At NPSC, we are proud to continue creating safe and positive learning environments, based on mutual understanding and respect, so that all students feel a sense of belonging, while being able to participate fully in the school community and classroom learning. This week, NPSC students and educators will be engaging in a variety of activities at the school level to learn more about bullying and its effect on student learning and well-being.

On behalf of the board of trustees and senior administration, we extend gratitude to our staff, students and community partners who continue to work very hard to instill the values of inclusion, peace and love.

As we reflect on this important week in our school year, we are reminded that we are all called to protect and respect the dignity of all and we will continue to uphold these values in our own lives through our Catholic faith and expressions of respect, kindness and peace.
