Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board is conducting a Child Care Program Needs Survey for the 2022-2023 school year. The goal of this survey is to understand the need for childcare programs for school aged children, and assist with child care program and service planning. We are asking all families to complete this survey on child care needs. The survey should take about five minutes to complete.
The data and information collected will be used to determine child care program feasibility and the types of programs and services required. Completing this survey will not affect your current or future child care spaces.
Non-identifying information may be shared with the District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board, the District of Parry Sound Social Services Administration Board, the Conseil scolaire catholique Franco-Nord, the Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario, the Near North District School Board, and the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board to collaborate in child care program planning.

The survey will re-main open until March 11, 2022. Ce questionnaire est aussi disponible en français. If you would like a paper copy of the survey, please contact your school and return it to your child’s school or child care program by March 11, 2022.
