Our SJSH Rise team recognized Bell Let's Talk Day by asking staff & students to share what they do to support their mental health or the mental health of others. Special shout out to Mr. Tignanelli's Equity, Diversity & Social Justice class who also participated. These great ideas are wonderful suggestions for us all to consider.
